Over thirty years of experience emphasizing advanced power systems assessment, development and implementation, project planning and control and component design and testing. Experience spans vendor, utility and consulting organizations with emphasis on nuclear power systems, including water, liquid metal and, particularly, advanced gas-cooled reactors. For the latter, expertise areas include pressure vessels and internal structures, heat transfer systems, power conversion systems and process heat applications (e.g. hydrogen production). Other key experience includes magnetic bearings development and applications, power electronics and distributed energy resources, plus network communication and control systems.
